If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unused and in original packaging

How to request a return:

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or issue a refund.

Non-returnable items:
Due to hygiene reasons, used pet grooming products may not be accepted unless faulty.
