We ship Australia-wide directly from our trusted international suppliers. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on select products or during promotions. Otherwise, a shipping fee may apply — this will be shown clearly at checkout. We aim to keep shipping costs low and fair for all customers.

Tracking & Notifications
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your order status.

Delays can occur due to customs, courier handling, or public holidays — these are out of our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

No Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Once dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
